Daily365, 2015 edition

Over the last few years, I’ve undertaken a daily project to give myself an excuse to generate more sketches/artwork. In 2010 and 2011 I focused on self-portraits. By 2013 I’d grown tired of portraits of myself and worked on portraits of D’Art the cat. Last year I shifted to hand-drawn sketches, but started late and found it hard to stay on top of the drawings (at this moment, the project is unfinished, but I plan to wrap it up and post the drawings as I move along ).

This year, I’ve decided to go back to self-portraits—the familiar subject makes the project easier to manage. As usual, the daily pieces will be posted in the Daily365 section of the site.
