  1. Love this.

    You’ve been busy here! Awesome.

  2. I would love it if you blogged more. I think you totally should. But only if that helps you in some way.

So many wonderful things have happened in my life these past 6 years which are measurably tied to my blogging activities and social media. In addition to my outward facing blog, I have a private Pinterest-like site where I post inspirational images, videos and links that I discover throughout the day. All these things are a great breadcrumb trial and, well, log.

I’ll also say this – I just pruned my blog and archived a lot of posts. They exist but are now hidden. I’m the only person who cares about that stuff – but I’m really, really glad I took the time to do it.

    So, I vote yes.

love it,thanks for sharing. you are my favorite picture book artist.

  4. I’ve decided to start blogging and journaling and possibly writing letters again. I haven’t exactly worked in the 365 component yet, but the goal is to be a guy who writes a lot, and does stuff on the side, as opposed to a guy who watches a lot of tv and journals occasionally.

Daily D’Art is such a great name.

  5. So excited for a year of beautiful cat works! I have been inspired by you and am still considering doing a daily art piece and was thinking either cats or photographs taken by friends. Perhaps some of your Objets D’Art will become some of mine too.

  6. Ah hem!!! Future mother in law??? And you are in Sweden? I wonder if you are cooking fried chicken? :))

Just thought I would check in on you again and see if you are still alive. Seems you are and it sounds like you are happy – you need to fill in your many acquaintances on the many muses of Amanda!

Absolutely love the red door and the dead grass photo. Much mystery there.

    Thinking of ya!

  7. the best, most interesting 365 project I’ve seen. kudos

  8. I love it.

I started a 365 last May. I’m still intrigued with the Hipstamatic app on my phone, and it’s pretty much turned into an exercise of looking at my surroundings though my phone. I’ve decided I’ll keep that section on my blog going after May as a flickr replacement.

  9. Happy New Year!

  10. Hey you got a few days to make up here! 🙂

  11. I cannot. Marking time with a 365 projects only reinforces how quickly it goes by.

    Happy summer!

  12. I’ve never told you that I admire your ability to produce so many different (wonderful) emotions/compositions/variations on a theme. It’s amazing to me.

  13. This is swoony.

  14. Awesome – so cool!

  15. beautiful

  16. Gorgeous!!! What a wonderful collection. It shows so many moods, colors and texture. I really like seeing them flash all together.

  17. I look forward to and have greatly enjoyed following the daily updates on amandamuses, so I would love to see you continue. A saying or quotation that resonates, a lyric that fits the day, the birthdate or deathdate or significant event that occurred, the anniversary of something eventful, or something you observed that seemed noteworthy might all be threads to weave into a tapestry of musings. Keep sharing your remarkable talents.

  18. Hey there – we made it. I was just sifting through my Photo-a-day marveling that I made it and wondered what your last post was. I haven’t yet decided what to do for 2011 yet but I do know something different. The thing about a daily assignment like this is that it boxes you in a little. About half way through I found I wanted to deviate from the path but I couldn’t because I set boundaries. Is that good? I guess we learn from the boundaries and how much we want to break them. Happy new year! May it be a prosperous one.

  19. How about making a page-a-day calendar with a quote, fact or favorite lyric that matches the mood? That could be fun.

I still haven’t come up with an idea for a daily thing. I’ve been wanting to for a while but never decided.

    Happy New Year!

  20. Awesome!

Do you want to keep doing it? Or a variation of it?

I tried a daily sketchblog in 2009, and while I do draw *almost* everyday, not very much needs/should be posted.

I think I’d like to use my blog on a daily basis…food for thought.

Keep it up! That’s my vote.

    Happy New Year!

Thank you for the Tom reference and quotation. As you and fortunately hundreds and hundreds of other people know, he was a truly great man who had a remarkably positive influence on their lives and made this world a better place. I’m glad to have known him but deeply saddened by his passing.

  23. You have trained me to look for your face in every image you post now. If I can’t find it, I feel like I’m missing something (yes, I know your face isn’t in every image).

  24. Love this one especially.

  25. On the last day, you should animate all of them, like a flip book.

  26. lovely! see you in the flying lessons e-course! -Robin

  27. yep. that’s about it.

  28. The AD made me think of Albrecht Durer’s signature.

  29. This is great. 🙂
